The idea behind SplashMetricsTM is that within five minutes, you should have all the executive-level information you need to make mission-critical marketing decisions. And the way to ensure this is to ensure that what you see in your SplashMetricsTM account is custom-tailored to answer your specific questions regarding the success of your marketing efforts. This way there is no guesswork, no goose chase, just actionable intelligence...all in one place.

For this to happen...you have to start at the end. And we help you each step of the way.

There are three basic components to SplashMetricsTM:

1. Analytics Objectives. What are the objectives of your marketing efforts? What questions need to be answered to validate their success, or "Splash"? From big picture analytics across multiple campaigns to detailed analysis of specific messaging or individual sales channels, we assist our clients as needed in devising their analytics objectives and the strategic means to achieve them.

2. DataPoint Implementation. Next we identify all the data points,or "Droplets", across the spectrum of marketing, sales, and financial channels that will be necessary to provide the answers to the questions asked above. Then we devise the means for properly implementing and collecting these Droplets from each of the appropriate channels (Omniture, Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, SalesForce, etc.).

3. Reporting Customization. Finally, we set up your SplashMetricsTM account(s) by "wiring" these Droplets together into comparative, executive-level charts and graphs, or "Drops". These Drops provide you near-real-time answers to your specific Analytics Objectives. In five minutes, you get comprehensive, near-real-time analysis of your campaign's success as measured across your entire marketing, sales and financial landscape.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you log in to your SplashMetricsTM account, you can select from your company's various divisions and/or campaigns. You are then presented with a dashboard containing animated Drops that give you a snapshot of the overall performance of your marketing - customized to your established "Analytics Objectives".

From there, you can drill down into the various Droplets used in each of your Drops. These Droplets might include comparisons of microsite traffic, YouTube views, Twitter sentiment, sales segmentation, mobile audience composition, customer ratings, Facebook fans, etc.

From there, you can drill down further into each of these specific data points (if further comparative information is available). When the data points no longer require a comparative "mash-up", you will be provided a link to the specific analytics platform from which that data originated so that you can get more granular information through that platform.

This way, SplashMetricsTM always only contains your most critical, executive-level analytics while still providing a means of access to the various analytics platforms providing that data. This means what you get with SplashMetricsTM is always easy, intuitive, and extremely informative.
